Share the Warmth program will open on Tuesday, November 8th. All customers who need assistance must call Canby Utility at (503) 266-1156 to schedule an appointment. All appointments are on Tuesdays, between 9 a.m. and noon. The Canby Adult Center can only accommodate 20 customers per day. To be eligible for assistance, you must be a Canby Utility customer for at least six months, be low-income, or at risk of disconnection of electric service. Please bring a copy of your current billing statement, and proof of income—such as an Oregon Trail card—to your appointment. All customer applications will be processed at the Canby Adult Center located at 1250 South Ivy Street.
