Please note that whenever a particular manufacturer's name, part number, or style designation is used in the Specifications, the intent is not to be restrictive but solely to indicate the type and quality of the merchandise required. When submitting a bid with a substitute or "equal" item, bidders shall provide a written certification that the parts offered will meet the manufacturers or industry standards. Materials that do not meet the manufacturers or industry standards, in Canby Utility's opinion, will not be accepted. Bidders must provide a written warranty statement for alternate materials offered.
