- Water theft: first offense $250, second offense $500, additional offenses $1000. Estimated water use will also be charged at current irrigation rate. Effective November 1, 2022
- Job cost estimate fee: $500 Excess funds would be applied to the job or refunded. Effective November1, 2022

- Public Records (Mailing Costs): Actual cost plus $1 handling
