We wish to express our sincere appreciation to Todd Wagner for his service with the Canby Utility Board of Directors. Todd served terms from 2009 to 2015 and 2016 to 2022. Todd worked closely with four of Canby Utility’s General Managers.
Todd was involved with many projects that have benefitted the utility including implementation of credit card payment options; expansion of the Westcott substation and the new Knights Bridge substation; a seismic retrofit of the 2-million gallon reservoir; the property purchase, design and construction of the new combined service center, and the property exchange with the City of Canby for the future water treatment plant.
