Canby Utility is taking preemptive measures to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Due to the concerns from the public and the warning of the virus, our Offices and Non-Essential Services will be closed until it is deemed safe to open for our customers and staff. We encourage customers to make payments in our drop box located in our parking lot, dropbox at Cutsforth Thriftway, on-line through our website, or mail payments to our PO Box 1070, Canby, OR. During the Closure, employees will be returning customer phone calls and responding to electric and water-related issues. Canby Utility’s answering services are available 24-hours a day and will dispatch electric and water personnel to restore outages, water main breaks, and other utility emergencies.
